摘　　要：成纤维细胞激活蛋白(FAP)在恶性肿瘤间质中高表达。近年来,^(68)Ga标记的FAP抑制剂(FAPI)广泛应用于临床研究,特别是在消化系统恶性肿瘤的诊断、远处转移的评估、辅助勾画肿瘤放疗靶区等方面具有一定优势。笔者就^(68)Ga-FAPI PET/CT在常见消化系统恶性肿瘤中的应用研究进展进行综述,以期为临床医师对消化系统恶性肿瘤的诊断和治疗提供参考。Fibroblast-activated protein(FAP)is overexpressed in the tumor stroma.In recent years,^(68)Ga-labelled FAP inhibitors(FAPI)have been widely used in clinical research,it has certain advantages in the diagnosis of digestive system malignant tumors,the evaluation of distant metastasis,and the assistance of delineate target volume.In this paper reviews the research progress of^(68)Ga-FAPI PET/CT in common digestive system malignant tumours,in order to provide a reference for clinicians in the diagnosis and treatment of digestive system malignant tumors.
