摘　　要：课程思政是由课程与思政组合而成的新概念,它的提出在新时代高校具有很强的现实针对性,须从实践本体论来理解课程思政。课程思政的前提基础在于实现课程思政学理化,形成课程思政理念与概念的普遍共识;保障举措在于实现课程思政制度化,建立健全课程思政实施制度体系;目标追求在于全面并深入推进课程思政建设,全面培育并不断提升高校教师课程思政能力,以期最终实现课程思政常态化。课程思政活动、高校、教师全面助力课程思政学理化、制度化与常态化的实现,课程思政学理化、制度化与常态化“三位一体”、相互促进,共同推动课程思政实践、实施与建设,系统推进高校课程思政走深走实。Ideological and political education in specialized courses is a new concept combining specialized courses and ideological and political education.Its proposal has strong practical pertinence in the new era,so it is necessary to understand it from the perspective of practical ontology.The premise and basis of ideological and political in specialized courses is to realize its theorization,and form a unified consensus of its ideas and concepts.The guarantee measure for ideological and political in specialized courses is to realize its institutionalization,and establish and improve and implementation system for it.The goal pursuit of ideological and political in specialized courses lies in comprehensively and deeply promoting ideological and political construction,and continuously improving teachers’ability of carrying out ideological and political education in specialized courses,so as to realize the normalization of ideological and political education in specialized courses.Ideological and political education activities,colleges and universities,and teachers comprehensively help the realization of the theorization,institutionalization and normalization of ideological and political education in specialized courses.The theorization,institutionalization and normalization of ideological and political education in specialized courses promote each other and jointly promote the practice,implementation and construction of ideological and political education in specialized courses in colleges and universities,and systematically promote its further development.
