摘　　要：党的十九大确立了2035年跻身创新型国家前列的战略目标,因此要把科技探索、科技创新当作党和国家的伟大事业来实施。在新时代,这一伟大事业既需要全国人民勠力同心,也需要科技从业者肩负使命担当,从全方位、多方面、立体化的角度进行科研探索——“有组织科研”,通过“有组织科研”的多种创新模式高效地进行科学研究,并通过产学研深度融合的方式进行科技转化,最终提高中国的科技竞争实力,实现跻身创新型国家前列的战略目标。The 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China established the strategic goal of becoming a leading innovative country by 2035.Therefore,scientific and technological exploration and innovation need to be carried out as a great cause of the Party and the country.In the new era,this great undertaking requires not only the concerted efforts of the people across the country,but also the scientific and technological practitioners to shoulder the mission and carry out scientific research and exploration from an all-round,multi-faceted and three-dimensional perspective-“organized scientific research”,through the various innovative models of which,scientific research is conducted efficiently,and scientific and technological transformation is carried out through the deep integration of industry,study,and research,ultimately improving China’s scientific and technological competitiveness and achieve the strategic goal of becoming a leading innovative country.
