摘  要:实施社区教育教师培训是促进社区教育教师专业成长的重要途径之一。衡阳开放大学根据本市社区学院的师资队伍培训现状、存在问题与需求的调研情况,依托“家庭教育指导师资能力提升”培训项目,将参与式学习的理念运用到社区教师培训中,以期提升培训成效,满足社区教育教师专业发展诉求,同时拓宽参与式教师培训理论的应用领域。Implementing teacher training for community education is one of the important ways to promote the professional growth of teachers for community education.Based on the current situation,problems and needs of teacher training in community colleges in this city,Hengyang Open University,relying on the training project“Teacher Capacity Improvement for Family Education Guidance”,applies the concept of participatory learning to teacher training for community education,in order to improve training effectiveness,meet the professional development demands of teachers for community education,and broaden the application field of participatory teacher training theory.
