摘 要:文章利用2017—2020年447家上市公司的研发项目数据测度企业研发二元边际,采用倾向得分匹配方法系统评估高新技术企业认定对研发二元边际的影响,并检验企业创新信号释放所起到的传导作用。结果表明:高新技术企业认定对研发广延边际具有激励效应,对研发集约边际则具有抑制效应;高新技术企业认定对研发二元边际的影响主要体现在年度期初金额为零的增量项目上,存量项目则无显著变化;高新技术企业认定对企业创新信号释放具有显著促进作用,认定政策可促使企业释放更多的创新信号,进而提高研发广延边际,降低研发集约边际。This paper uses the R&D project data of 447 listed companies from 2017 to 2020 to measure the dual margin of enterprise R&D,then systematically evaluates the impact of high-tech enterprise identification on the dual margin of enterprise R&D based on the propensity score matching method,and finally examines the intermediary role of the release of enterprise innovation signals.The results are shown as the following:The identification of high-tech enterprises has incentive effect on the extensive margin of enterprise R&D,and disincentive effect on the intensive margin.The impact of the high-tech enterprise identification on the dual margin of enterprise R&D is mainly reflected in the incremental projects with zero amount at the beginning of the period,while there is no significant change in stock projects.The identification of high-tech enterprises plays a significant role in promoting the release of enterprise innovation signals,and the identification policy can promote enterprises to release more innovation signals,so as to improve the extensive margin of enterprise R&D and reduce the intensive margin of enterprise R&D.
