工匠教育中“工匠精神”衍生的制度研究——兼论对现代高职教育“双高”建设的启示

摘　　要：工匠教育衍生出“工匠精神”,使这种古老的教育焕发出新的价值。文章通过对工匠教育的梳理,从教育模式、生师比例、师生关系等三个角度,深入剖析工匠教育的核心要义,从中汲取“工匠精神”形成机理。通过对比的方式,对现代高职院校“工匠精神”的缺失进行了深入剖析。最后提出建构起独立的以实践性知识为核心的教育教学体系,打造以“导师制”和“学分制”为核心的教育教学模式,分层分类、小规模带来较低的生师比和较高的生均投入。Craftsman education derives craftsman spirit,which makes this ancient education glow with new value.Through the combing of craftsman education,from the perspectives of education mode,student-teacher ratio,teacher-student relationship,etc.,the core essence of craftsman education is deeply analyzed,and the formation mechanism of craftsman spirit is drawn from it.By way of comparison,the lack of craftsman spirit in modern vocational colleges is deeply analyzed.Finally,it is proposed to construct an independent education and teaching system centered on practical knowledge,to create an education and teaching model centered on the tutorial system and the credit system,and to create a hierarchical classification and small scale to bring lower students-teacher ratio and higher student input.
