摘 要:积极主义教育观强调培养积极心态、创新能力和社会责任感,为大学生思想政治教育工作提供了一种切实可行的途径。本文以积极主义教育观为理论基础,阐述积极主义理论在大学生思想政治教育工作中的价值与作用,提出相关策略,即:培养积极心理状态,创造积极学习环境;强调个体主观体验,强化学生主体意识;倡导积极人际关系,推动教育与实践相结合;关注个体优势和发展,培养学生创新能力等。Positive education,which emphasizes cultivating a positive mindset,innovative abilities,and a sense of social responsibility,provides a practical and feasible approach to enhance the effectiveness of ideological and political education for college students in meeting the challenges of the new era.This paper explores the implementation of ideological and political education for college students guided by the principles of positive education.Firstly,the paper introduces the conceptual framework of positive education.Secondly,it elucidates the value and significance of positive education in the context of ideological and political education for college students.Finally,the paper proposes practical strategies for implementing ideological and political education for college students based on positive education,including fostering positive emotions and psychological resilience,creating a positive learning environment,emphasizing individual subjective experiences and strengthening students'sense of agency,advocating positive interpersonal relationships and integrating education with practical experiences,and focusing on individual strengths and development while fostering students'innovative abilities.
