摘　　要：金融作为粤港澳大湾区发展的核心与血脉,在以大数据、区块链、云计算及人工智能等为代表的新科技推动金融业不断创新的过程中,大湾区金融业的互联互通会产生更多金融科技人才的需求。由于金融科技人才培养体系尚未形成,优秀的金融科技人才供不应求,目前存在严重的人才供给问题。民办应用型本科院校以培养应用创新型人才为主,应该主动迎合金融科技发展需求,优化人才培养路径。通过分析粤港澳大湾区金融科技人才需求状况,发现民办应用型本科院校金融科技人才培养存在的问题,进而提出粤港澳大湾区民办应用型本科院校金融科技人才培养路径,以期满足粤港澳大湾区对金融科技人才的需求。Finance is as the core and blood of the development of the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area.In the process of promoting the continuous innovation of the financial industry represented by the representative of big data,block chain,cloud computing and artificial intelligence,the interconnection of the financial industry in the Greater Bay Area will generate more demand for financial technology talents.As the financial technology talent training system has not yet been formed,the supply of excellent financial technology talents is in short supply,and there is a serious problem of talent supply.Private application-oriented undergraduate colleges should focus on cultivating applied innovative talents,and should actively meet the needs of financial technology development,and optimize the path of talent training.By analyzing the demand for financial technology talents in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area,the paper finds the problems existing in cultivating financial technology talents in private applied colleges and universities,and then proposes the path of cultivating financial technology talents in private applied colleges in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area to meet the demand for financial technology talents in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area.
