摘 要:压实质量控制是道路建设关键环节,直接影响道路使用性能和寿命周期。为解决道路压实度抽样检测代表性差、质量评定滞后、人工检测手段误差大及效率低等工程技术痛点,同时规避压实过程中重型机械施工碰撞事故风险,本文基于振动频谱分析方法构建利用振动加速度预估压实度的计算模型,通过关联现场压实质量检测结果,建立标准压实频谱,并实现压实度、压实温度等核心质量控制指标的快速动态监控系统,研发集区域探测、声光报警、刹车制动和监控反馈等功能于一体的压路机碰撞预警系统模块。场地测试应用表明,系统工作效率稳定、检测覆盖作业范围完整、反馈指标代表性强、施工安全性高。Compaction quality control is a key link of road construction,directly affecting the performance and life cycle of the road.In order to solve the engineering technical pain points of poor sampling representativeness,lagging quality assessment,large error and low efficiency of manual detection means,and avoid the risk of construction collision of heavy machinery in the compaction process,this paper is based on the vibration spectrum analysis method to build a calculation model to estimate the compaction degree using vibration acceleration.By linking the field compaction quality test results,the standard compaction spectrum is established,and the rapid and dynamic monitoring system of the core quality control indexes such as compaction degree and compaction temperature is realized.The roller collision warning system module is developed,which integrates the functions of regional detection,acoustic and optical alarm,braking and monitoring feedback.The site test application shows that the system has stable working efficiency,complete detection coverage,strong representativeness of feedback indexes,and high construction safety.
