摘　　要：社会经济的迅速发展为经济市场带来了良好机遇,在推动现代企业发展的同时也为其带来严峻挑战。企业信息化项目管理如何科学运用数字化技术,发挥数字化优势已成为当前诸多企业管理者探讨的热点问题。文章从信息化项目的概念出发,简要指出现代社会企业信息化项目管理现状存在的问题,探讨数字化对于企业信息化项目管理的要求,重点剖析数字化视角下企业信息化项目管理模式的构建策略,以期进一步强调现代数字化技术对信息化项目管理建设的重要性,为推动企业健康和可持续化发展提供助力。The rapid development of the social economy has brought good opportunities to the economic market,while promoting the development of modern enterprises,it has also brought serious challenges.How to use digital technology scientifically and give full play to digital advantages in enterprise information project management has become a hot issue discussed by many enterprise managers.Starting from the concept of information projects,this article briefly points out the problems in the current situation of enterprise information project management in modern society,explores the requirements of digitalization for enterprise information project management,and focuses on analyzing the construction strategies of enterprise information project management models from the perspective of digitalization,in order to further emphasize the importance of modern digital technology in the construction of information project management,and provide assistance in promoting the healthy and sustainable development of enterprises.
