摘  要:随着科技的发展,视网膜电图(ERG)在眼科动物实验中的应用日益增多,其丰富了动物实验中眼功能的活体指标。ERG可反映视网膜视锥、视杆等细胞的功能,用于研究视网膜疾病潜在机制及治疗效果。但由于动物实验的特殊性,数据结果会受到操作者主观因素的影响;且由于物种屏障,只能通过ERG波形来侧面推断动物的眼功能状态;此外,动物本身的状态、仪器设备、周围环境都会影响结果。ERG的波形稳定利于后期的数据分析,使结果更加准确。本文对眼科动物实验中影响ERG结果稳定性的因素进行综述,发现电极种类位置、麻醉状态、仪器参数、周围环境、操作时间等都会影响稳定性,并论述相应的解决方案,为提高动物实验中ERG结果的稳定性提供思路与方法,以促进中医眼科基础实验的发展。With the advancement of technology,the application of electroretinogram(ERG)in ophthalmic animal experiments is increasing,enriching the live indicators of eye function in ani-mal experiments.ERG reflects the function of retinal cells such as cones and rods and is used to investigate the potential mechanisms of retinal diseases and treatment effects.However,due to the specificity of animal experiments,data results can be influenced by subjective factors of the opera-tor.Moreover,due to species barriers,the eye function of animals can only be inferred indirectly through ERG waveforms.Additionally,the animal's condition,instrument settings,and environ-mental factors can all affect the results.The stability of ERG waveforms is beneficial for subse-quent data analysis,making the results more accurate.This article reviews the factors affecting the stability of ERG results in ophthalmic animal experiments.It is found that electrode types and po-sitions,anesthesia states,instrument parameters,surrounding environments,and operation times can all affect stability.Corresponding solutions are discussed to provide ideas and methods for im-proving the stability of ERG results in animal experiments,promoting the development of basic ex-periments in Ophthalmology of Traditional Chinese Medicine.
