摘 要:为探明高速铁路道岔基本轨轨底疲劳伤损原因,开展组装式滑床台板传力特征及服役性能研究。建立转辙器基本轨受力分析模型,研究两点与平面扣压式滑床台板条件下基本轨轨底应力特征,结合基本轨轨底材质疲劳试验与转辙器组装疲劳试验,评估两点与平面扣压式滑床台板对基本轨服役性能的影响。结果表明:两点扣压式滑床台板使得基本轨轨底形成应力集中,且扣压点对应的轨底下表面以受拉为主;130~190 kN疲劳荷载条件下,两点扣压式滑床台板可使得基本轨轨底最大应力达611.2 MPa,已经超出基本轨轨底疲劳极限,而平面扣压式滑床台板对应的基本轨轨底最大应力为237.5 MPa,相对两点扣压结构降低50%~60%;转辙器结构组装状态对基本轨服役性能影响显著,基本轨轨底应力与尖轨-滑床台接触状态密切相关。In order to investigate the causes of fatigue damage to the stock rail bottom in high-speed railway turnouts,a study was conducted on the force transmission characteristics and service performance of the assembled sliding chair.The stress analysis model for the stock rail in switch area was established to study the stress characteristics of the stock rail under the condition of sliding chairs with two-points and shim fastening.Meanwhile,the influence of two-points and shim fastening sliding chair on the service performance of the stock rail was evaluated according to the fatigue test of stock rail bottom material and the fatigue experiment of assembled switch structure.The results show that stress concentration on the bottom of the stock rail is formed by the two-points sliding chair,with the lower surface of rail bottom corresponding to the fastening points being mainly under tension.Under the fatigue load of 130~190 kN,the two-points fastening sliding chair can achieve a maximum stress of 611.2 MPa at the bottom of the stock rail,which has exceeded the fatigue limit of the stock rail bottom material,while the maximum stress at the bottom of the stock rail corresponding to the shim fastening sliding chair is 237.5 MPa,50%~60%lower than the two-points fastening sliding chair.The assembly state of the switch structure has significant impact on the service performance of the stock rail.The stress at the bottom of the stock rail is closely related to the contact state of switch rail and sliding chair.
