摘  要:为解决中高镍三元材料制浆易凝胶的问题,研究单晶LiNi_(0.6)Co_(0.2)Mn_(0.2)O_(2)(NCM622)正极材料制浆过程添加草酸对碱含量的影响,制作软包装锂离子电池,测试加工性能和电化学性能。NCM622正极材料加入草酸后,会降低氢氧化锂含量及浆料黏度。进行初始和保存24 h后浆料的对比,发现草酸含量对初始浆料加工性能和电化学性能无明显影响。保存24 h后,未加入草酸的浆料出现凝胶,并导致容量和循环性能异常;加入草酸,可保持浆料正常的加工性能和电化学性能。In order to solve the problem of easy gelation in pulping of medium and high nickel ternary material,the effect of oxalic acid addition on alkali content in the pulping process of single crystal LiNi_(0.6)Co_(0.2)Mn_(0.2)O_2(NCM622) cathode material is studied,the processing and electrochemical properties of soft pack lithium battery are tested.Adding oxalic acid to NCM622 cathode material can decrease the content of lithium hydroxide and the viscosity of slurry.The comparison between the initial slurry and the slurry stored for 24 h shows that the amount of oxalic acid in the initial slurry has no obvious effect on the processing and electrochemical performance.After stored for 24 h,gel appeares in the slurry without oxalic acid,which leads to abnormal capacity and circulation performance,while the slurry with oxalic acid maintains normal processing and electrochemical performance.
