摘　　要：文章以某大型集装箱船的全悬挂贝克舵为例,针对其在航行过程中出现舵机舵承体装置底座螺栓断裂、返松、移动的问题,进行了现场勘验和分析,提出了浮态下固定舵叶、拆松带键干式舵柄及拆卸舵杆等修理方案,并对原舵承体基座孔就地镗正、舵机舵承体装置镶套修复、舵柄内孔新增液压膨胀油槽等,使得修后的舵机运转平稳,故障隐患问题得以彻底消除。Taking the full-suspension Becker rudder for a large container ship as an example,this paper ana⁃lyzes the problems of fracture,loosening,and movement of the foot bolts of the rudder carrier device during naviga⁃tion through on-site investigation.The paper puts forward the repair scheme of fixing the rudder blade,loosening the dry-type tiller,and dismantling the rudder stock in a floating state.In addition,boring the bearing housing,re⁃conditioning rudder carrier housing with sleeve,adding hydraulic expanding oil groove for tiller bore.As a result,the repaired steering gear runs smoothly,and the fault can be eliminated.
