摘　　要：目的 分析颠茄片联合铋剂及奥美拉唑三联对Hp阳性消化性溃疡患者炎症因子和胃肠激素的影响.方法 选取西安市阎良区中医医院2020年1月-2022年9月收治的85例Hp阳性消化性溃疡患者,按照随机数字表法分为研究组(43例)和对照组(42例),对照组采用铋剂及奥美拉唑三联疗法治疗,研究组在对照组的基础上联用颠茄片,比较两组方案的临床疗效.结果 治疗后,研究组治疗总有效率与Hp根除率高于对照组,且胃镜评分、C反应蛋白(CRP)、白介素-6(IL-6)、促胃液素(GAS)和胆囊收缩素(CCK)等指标水平均低于对照组(P<0.05).结论 颠茄片联合铋剂及奥美拉唑三联治疗Hp阳性消化性溃疡效果显著,能够有效减轻患者Hp感染程度,调节其胃肠激素分泌平衡,减轻胃肠道炎症介质反应,治疗安全性和可靠性较高.Objective To analyze the effects of belladonna tablets combined with bismuth and omeprazole on inflammatory factors and gastrointestinal hormones in patients with Hp positive peptic ulcer.Method 85 cases of Hp positive peptic ulcer patients admitted to Yanliang District Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital in Xi'an from January 2020 to September 2022 were randomly divided into a study group(43 cases)and a control group(42 cases)using a random number table method.The control group was treated with bismuth and omeprazole triple therapy,while the study group was treated with belladonna tablets on the basis of the control group.The clinical efficacy of the two groups was compared.Result The total effective rate and Hp eradication rate of the study group were higher than those of the control group,and the levels of gastroscopy score,C-reactive protein(CRP),interleukin-6(IL-6),gastrin(GAS),and cholecystokinin(CCK)were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of belladonna tablets,bismuth and omeprazole has a significant effect on the treatment of Hp positive peptic ulcers.It can effectively reduce the degree of Hp infection in patients,regulate the balance of gastrointestinal hormone secretion,and alleviate gastrointestinal inflammatory mediators.The treatment is safe and reliable.
