晚期乳腺癌患者开展紫杉醇及蒽环类药物联合化疗的治疗效果以及其神经毒性变化

摘　　要：目的研究分析晚期乳腺癌患者开展紫杉醇及蒽环类药物联合化疗的治疗效果以及其神经毒性指标变化.方法选取南华大学附属长沙中心医院在2021年6月-2022年10月期间收治的76例晚期乳腺癌患者作为研究对象,以随机抽签法分为观察组(n=38,采用紫杉醇及蒽环类药物±CTX方案治疗)和对照组(n=38,采用CAF方案治疗).对比两组的临床疗效.结果从两组的临床疗效、肿瘤标志物水平、免疫功能指标和不良反应发生率方面进行比较,治疗前,两组CEA、VEGF、CA199、CD3^(+)、CD4^(+)、CD8^(+)、CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)水平存在着均衡性(P>0.05),而治疗后的前三项指标观察组与对照组均下降,观察组低于对照组,CD3^(+)、CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)水平则是观察组高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组的治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05);两组的不良反应发生率无差异(P>0.05).结论在晚期乳腺癌患者的治疗中,采用紫杉醇及蒽环类药物联合化疗取得了较为理想的效果,能够提高治疗效果,对T淋巴细胞功能产生保护作用,促使患者的免疫功能提升,并且药物的毒副作用小,具有较高的用药安全性.Objective To study and analyze the effects of combined chemotherapy with paclitaxel and anthracycline in patients with advanced breast cancer and the changes of its neurotoxicity indexes.Methods 76 patients with advanced breast cancer admitted to our hospital from June 2021 to October 2022 were selected as the study objects,and divided into observation group(n=38,treated with paclitaxel and anthracycline±CTX regimen)and control group(n=38,treated with CAF regimen)by random drawing method.The clinical efficacy of the two groups was compared.Result Before treatment,CEA,VEGF,CA199,CD3^(+),CD4^(+),CD8^(+),CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)levels were balanced between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the first three indexes of the observation group and the control group were all decreased,the observation group was lower than the control group,and the levels of CD3^(+)and CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)in the observation group were higher than the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of observation group was higher than that of control group(P<0.05).There was no difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conc lus ion In the treatment of advanced breast cancer,combined chemotherapy with paclitaxel and anthracycline has achieved a relatively ideal effect,which can improve the therapeutic effect,produce protective effects on T lymphocyte function,promote the immune function of patients,and have a high drug safety with lttle toxicsideeffects.
