摘　　要：目的 探讨脑安胶囊联合丁苯酞治疗脑梗死后血管性痴呆(VD)疗效及对氧化应激反应、血液流变学的影响.方法 择取2021年10月-2023年6月于赣州市于都县人民医院接受治疗的脑梗死后VD患者97例,按随机数字表法将患者分成治疗组(n=48)、常规组(n=49).常规组予丁苯酞治疗,治疗组于此基础上给予脑安胶囊治疗,持续治疗8周后,对比两组疗效、认知功能、日常生活能力、氧化应激反应、血液流变学指标.结果 治疗组总有效率(91.67%)较常规组(73.47%)更高,有统计学差异(P<0.05);两组治疗后简易智力量表(MMSE)、简体改良版Barthel指数(MBI)评分均增高,且治疗组MMSE、MBI评分较常规组更高,有统计学差异(P<0.05);两组治疗后谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)及超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)均增高,丙二醛均降低,且治疗组GSH-Px及SOD较常规组更高,丙二醛较常规组更低,有统计学差异(P<0.05);治疗后两组全血低切黏度(LS)、血浆黏度(PV)、全血高切黏度(HS)均降低,且治疗组LS、PV、HS较常规组更低,有统计学差异(P<0.05);两组均未出现严重不良反应.结论 脑安胶囊联合丁苯酞治疗脑梗死后VD疗效确切,可减轻氧化应激反应,改善血液流变学及认知功能,提高患者的日常生活能力.Objective To explore the therapeutic effect of Naoan Capsules combined with butylphthalide in the treatment of vascular dementia(VD)after cerebral infarction,as well as its impact on oxidative stress response and hemorheology.Method 97 patients with post-stroke VD who received treatment in our hospital from October 2021 to June 2023 were randomly divided into a treatment group(n=48)and a conventional group(n=49).The conventional group was treated with butylphthalide,while the treatment group was treated with Naoan Capsules on this basis.The efficacy,cognitive function,daily living ability,oxidative stress response,and hemorheological indicators of the two groups were compared for 8 weeks.Result The total effective rate of the treatment group(91.67%)was higher than that of the conventional group(73.47%),with a statistical difference(P<0.05);after treatment,the scores of the Simplified Intelligence Scale(MMSE)and Simplified Modified Barthel Index(MBI)increased in both groups,and the MMSE and MBI scores in the treatment group were higher than those in the conventional group,with a statistical difference(P<0.05);after treatment,the levels of glutathione peroxidase(GSH-Px)and superoxide dismutase(SOD)increased in both groups,while the levels of malondialdehyde decreased.Moreover,the GSH-Px and SOD in the treatment group were higher than those in the conventional group,while the levels of malondialdehyde were lower than those in the conventional group,with a statistical difference(P<0.05);after treatment,the whole blood low shear viscosity(LS),plasma viscosity(PV),and whole blood high shear viscosity(HS)of the two groups decreased,and the LS,PV,and HS of the treatment group were lower than those of the conventional group,with statistical differences(P<0.05):both groups did not experience serious adverse reactions.Conclusion The combination of Naoan Capsule and butylphthalide has a definite therapeutic effect on VD after cerebral infarction,which can reduce oxidative stress,improve hemorheology,improve cognitive functio
