摘　　要：基于教育规律的阐释,从育人目标、教学内容、课程实施、师资力量和教育资源等五个维度,深刻理解习近平总书记关于基础科学教育重要论述的价值意蕴。同时通过政府部署、学校主导、教师引领和社会共育的四重路径,积极践行习近平总书记关于基础科学教育的重要论述,丰富和探寻基础科学教育高质量发展的新时代教育理论与实践的创新基石与提升路径。General Secretary Xi Jinping's important discussion on basic science education is the manifestation and adherence to the core position of self-reliance and self-improvement in science and technology,the integrity and innovation of the"two wings theory"of scientific innovation and scientific popularization,and the promotion and construction of the twenty great spirit,scientist spirit and the addition of"double reduction".Based on the interpretation of educational laws,from the five dimensions of educational goal,teaching content,curriculum implementation,teachers and educational resources,we deeply understand the value implication of General Secretary Xi Jinping's important discourse on basic science education.At the same time,through the four paths of government deployment,school leadership,teacher guidance and social co-education,actively practice the important discourse of General Secretary Xi Jinping's important discourse on basic science education,and enrich and develop the educational theory and practice innovation of the high-quality development of basic science education.
