摘　　要：针对平板电视的检测及质量控制问题进行了研究。通过介绍平板电视相关知识和技术指标,分析了现有检测方法的不足,设计并建立了一套质量控制系统,采用多种检测方法为平板电视提供全面、精准的数据支持,引入SPC方法建立了监测控制流程,利用自主研发的软件系统进行数据分析,为生产优化提供科学数据支持。实验结果表明,该系统能够有效地提升平板电视的生产质量和稳定性。The detection and quality control of flat-panel TV is studied.By introducing flat-panel TV related knowledge and technical indicators,the shortcomings of existing testing methods are analyzed,a set of quality control system is designed and established.A variety of testing methods are adopted to provide comprehensive and accurate data support for flat-panel TV,SPC method is introduced to establish monitoring and control process,and self-developed software system is used for data analysis,which provides scientific data support for production optimization.The experimental results indicate that the system can effectively improve the production quality and stability of flat-panel TV.
