化瘀清热汤联合西帕依固龈液对口腔扁平苔藓患者复发情况的影响

摘　　要：目的探究化瘀清热汤联合西帕依固龈液对口腔扁平苔藓患者复发情况的影响。方法选取2021年7月~2023年8月收治的口腔扁平苔藓患者100例,按照随机数字法分为对照组(n=50)和观察组(n=50),其中对照组采用西帕依固龈液治疗,观察组采用化瘀清热汤联合西帕依固龈液治疗。比较两组口腔黏膜症状面积、炎症因子水平、血液流变学指标、疼痛程度及复发率,评估两组患者的临床疗效。结果观察组的总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后观察组的口腔黏膜症状面积均小于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后观察组的炎症因子水平及血液流变学指标低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后观察组的疼痛程度评分为(0.65±0.13)分,明显低于对照组的(0.97±0.24)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001);随访1年后,观察组的复发率为6.00%,明显低于对照组的22.00%,差异有统计学意义(P=0.021)。结论口腔扁平苔藓患者采用化瘀清热汤联合西帕依固龈液治疗具有相对较佳的效果,可改善患者的血液流变学和炎症反应,降低患者的复发率和疼痛程度。Objective To explore the effect of Huayu Qingre Decoction combined with Xipayi solid gingival solution on the recurrence of oral lichen planus patients.Methods A total of 100 oral lichen planus patients treated in a hospital from July 2021 to August 2023 were selected and divided into the control group(n=50)and the observation group(n=50)according to random number method.The control group was treated with Xipayi solid gingival solution,and the observation group was treated with Huayu Qingre Decoction combined with Xipayi solid gingival solution.Oral mucosal symptom area,inflammatory factors,hemorheology,pain degree and recurrence rate were compared between the two groups to evaluate the clinical efficacy.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the symptomatic area of oral mucosa in the observation group was smaller than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of inflammatory factors and hemorheology indexes in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the pain degree score of the observation group was(0.65±0.13)points,which was significantly lower than that of the control group(0.97±0.24)points,with significant difference(P<0.001).After one year of follow-up,the recurrence rate of the observation group(6.00%)was significantly lower than that of control group(22.00%),with significant difference(P=0.021).Conclusion In the treatment of oral lichen planus patients,Huayu Qingre Decoction combined with Xipayi solid gingival solution has a relatively good effect,which can improve the hemorheology and inflammation of patients,and reduce the recurrence rate and pain degree of patients.
