摘 要:针对机器人通信系统存在随着通信距离的增加通信频率降低的问题,提出基于嵌入式Linux的仿生多关节机器人通信系统。首先,根据仿生多关节机器人通信系统的硬件结构,选择系统硬件类型;其次,在系统硬件的支持下,采用嵌入式Linux通信控制器,设计机器人上位机通信连接;最后,基于通信连接设计仿生多关节机器人的通信采集、处理环节,完成仿生多关节机器人通信系统开发。实验结果表明,开发的系统可以实现机器人的远程通信,并且随着通信距离的增加,该系统的通信频率仍保持在90 Hz以上。A biomimetic multi joint robot communication system based on embedded Linux is proposed to address the issue of decreasing communication frequency with increasing communication distance in robot communication systems.Firstly,select the hardware type of the biomimetic multi joint robot communication system based on its hardware structure.Secondly,with the support of system hardware,an embedded Linux communication controller is adopted to design communication connections for the robot’s upper computer.Finally,based on communication connection design,the communication acquisition and processing links of the biomimetic multi joint robot are completed,and the development of the biomimetic multi joint robot communication system is completed.The experimental results show that the developed system can achieve remote communication of robots,and as the communication distance increases,the communication frequency of the system remains above 90 Hz.
