摘  要:随着液力变矩器向着高功率密度化发展,轻量化成为提升功率密度的重要手段,叶轮作为变矩器总成内部的重要结构件,有着巨大的轻量化设计潜力。为了对叶轮进行轻量化设计,采用CFD方法建立了变矩器叶轮耦合流域全流场计算模型,分析了叶轮载荷分布情况及边界条件,进行了叶轮单向流固耦合理论分析,建立了变矩器叶轮力学特性有限元分析模型,利用多种拓扑优化分析方法,以应力分布特性为优化目标对叶轮结构进行了优化设计。通过对目标样机叶轮进行拓扑优化分析,建立了叶轮拓扑优化设计系统,研究了多工况下液力变矩器叶轮的力学性能,完成了轻量化叶轮样机设计并进行了试验验证,在不降低液力性能的情况下,叶轮减重10.89%,为高功率密度液力变矩器叶轮结构优化提供了一种有效的方法。With the development of torque converters toward high power density,lightweight has become an important way to improve power density.As important components,the impellers have great potential for lightweight design.In order to carry out the lightweight design of the impeller,the CFD method was applied to establish the full flow field calculation model of the internal flow domain,the pressure load distribution and boundary conditions were analyzed,and the one-way fluid-structure-interaction(FSI)theoretical analysis and strain distribution experiment were carried out.The finite element analysis model of torque converter impeller mechanical characteristics is established,and the impeller structure is optimally designed with stress distribution characteristics as the optimization goal by using a variety of topology optimization analysis methods.By research the topology optimization methods of the target prototype impeller,the topology optimization design system was established,the mechanical properties of the torque converter impeller under multiple working conditions were studied,and the lightweight impellers were designed and tested by experiments.In the case of mechanical performance,the weight of the impeller is reduced by 10.89%,which provides an effective method for the optimization of impeller structure of the high power density torque converter.
