摘 要:煤液化技术是保障我国能源安全和稳定供应的有效途径,而热高分调节阀是该技术的核心设备。提出了一种基于非负矩阵因子分解NMF和过程层析成像PT的调节阀流场重构方法,用于快速准确地重构高压工况下的调节阀流场。首先,计算高压工况下调节阀流场分布特征,建立高压工况下的调节阀CFD样本数据库。其次,利用NMF非负矩阵因子对样本数据进行分解,提取表征流场特性的基向量。然后,通过线性组合基向量和过程层析成像技术PT,实现了调节阀流场的快速重构。最后,分析重构流场与仿真流场的误差,验证了该方法的准确性和可行性。实验结果表明,本研究提出的流场重构方法能够准确地、快速地重构流场,大大缩短流场重构所需时间。Coal liquefaction technology is an effective approach to ensuring China's energy security and stable supply,and the thermal high-split control valve is a core equipment in this technology.This article proposes a flow field reconstruction method for control valve under high-pressure conditions based on non-negative matrix factorization(NMF)and process tomography(PT).It is used to reconstruct the flow field of the control valve quickly and accurately under high-pressure operating conditions.Firstly,the distribution characteristics of the control valve flow field under high-pressure conditions are calculated,and a CFD sample database of the control valve under high-pressure conditions is established.Secondly,the sample data is decomposed using NMF to extract the base vectors that represent the flow field characteristics.Then,by linearly combining the base vectors and using process tomography(PT)technology,the fast reconstruction of the control valve flow field is achieved.Finally,the error between the reconstructed flow field and the simulated flow field is analyzed to verify the accuracy and feasibility of this method.Experimental results show that the proposed flow field reconstruction method can accurately and quickly reconstruct the flow field,significantly reducing the required reconstruction time.
