摘  要:随着经济发展,人力资源战略更为普及,且在企业发展战略的实现中起着稳固的支持作用。为了使供电企业进一步适应市场发展的需求与趋势的同时,也能为供电企业提供人力资源战略决策方面的支持,提出基于机器学习算法构建人力资源战略决策模型。在分析供电企业特征和人力资源战略基本类型基础上,使用灰色关联法筛选出战略决策的初级选择指标,形成战略决策指标体系;使用RNN网络搭建战略决策模型,经过不断训练模型,检验模型的有效性;通过供电公司的实例验证构建的RNN网络模型的合理性,不仅仅使人力资源战略决策变得更加科学有效,也为供电公司企业现代化管理建设做出了贡献。With the rapid economic development,human resource strategies have become more popular,and they play a solid support role in the realization of corporate development strategies.In order to enable power supply companies to further adapt to the needs and trends of market development,and to provide power supply companies with support for strategic decision-making in human resources,this paper proposes to build a human resource strategic decision-making model based on machine learning algorithms.Based on the analysis of the characteristics of power supply companies and the basic types of human resource strategies,the gray correlation method is used to screen out the primary selection indicators for strategic decision-making to form a strategic decision-making index system,and then the RNN network is used to build a strategic decision-making model.After continuous training of the model,the validity of the model is tested.The rationality of the constructed RNN network model is verified through the example of the power supply company.This not only makes the human resource strategic decision-making more scientific and effective,but also serves the power supply company.The modern management of the enterprise has made a certain contribution.
