混合瘤细胞核AgNORs计数和DNA含量检测及相互关系的研究

摘　　要：目的 :探索混合瘤细胞核AgNORs计数和DNA含量检测的相关性 ,以及在混合瘤病理诊断中的意义。方法 :对 2 5例手术切除石蜡包埋的混合瘤标本 (良性混合瘤 2 1例 ,其中无包膜浸润 15例 ,有包膜浸润 6例 ,恶性混合瘤 4例 )进行AnNORs计数和细胞核DNA含量的FCM测定。结果 :混合瘤细胞的AgNORs值随着细胞周期中增殖细胞百分比数的增加而增加 ,呈显著相关性 (r=0 .4 7,P <0 .0 1)。结论 :AgNORs技术同样可以反映细胞的增殖状态 ,Ag NORs计数与DNA含量的变化对混合瘤的判断与研究具有相近的意义 ,两者均能反映混合瘤细胞增殖能力的差异程度 ,尤其是AgNORs技术简单、快速、实用 。Objective:To investigate the correlation between AgNORs Enumeration and DNA Content in Mixed Tumor.Methods:AgNORs enumeration and DNA flow cytometric analysis were performed on 25 mixed tumors.The correlation between AgNORs enumeration and cellular growth phase was also studies.Results:there was a very good linear correlation between the mean numbers of AgNORs and the cellular growth phase fractions(r=0.47, P <0.01).Conclusion:AgNORs may reflect proliferation and serve as a quantitative index.AgNORs and quantitative alalysis of DNA content can provide more precise information on the proliferation of mixed tumor.And it is worth to apply AgNORs technique clinically due to its simplicity and rapidity.
