摘　　要：原发性肝癌(以下简称肝癌)是我国临床中最常见的恶性肿瘤之一,因其早期并无明显症状,所以绝大部分肝癌患者被确诊时已发展至中晚期,其五年生存率不足15%。肝癌的高复发率以及高转移特性成为导致肝癌患者治疗失败、死亡的主要根源,因此肝癌转移的防治已然成为了临床与科学研究工作中的重点、难点、热点。目前对于肝癌转移的机制尚不明确,临床中对于控制肝癌转移仍缺乏有效的治疗方案,中西医结合模式为防治肝癌及其转移提供了新方向。李延萍教授以现代医学研究结果为支撑,中医基础理论为指导,提出肝癌转移多以脾虚及肝肾阴虚为主,脾虚贯穿肝癌发生及转移始末,在肝癌的中晚期多合并有肝肾阴虚之证。由此提出“扶土滋水抑传舍”理论,期望应用及发挥中医药特长优势,为临床防治肝癌转移、延缓肝癌患者生存时间提供新的诊疗及研究思路。Primary liver cancer is one of the most common clinical malignant tumors in China.Because there are no obvious symptoms in the early stage,most patients with liver cancer have developed to the middle and late stages when they are diagnosed,and their 5-year survival rate is less than 15%.The high recurrence rate and metastasis of liver cancer have become the main causes of treatment failure and death in patients with liver cancer.Therefore,the prevention and treatment of liver cancer metastasis has becomeP an important,difficult and hot topic in clinical and scientific research.At present,the mechanism of liver cancer metastasis is still unclear,and there is still a lack of effective treatment for controlling liver cancer metastasis in clinical practice.The model of integrated Chinese and Western medicine provides a new direction for the prevention and treatment of liver cancer and its metastasis.Supported by the results of modern medical research and guided by the basic theories of TCM medicine,Professor LI Yanping proposed that liver cancer metastasis is mainly caused by spleen deficiency and liver and kidney Yin(阴)deficiency,which runs through the occurrence and metastasis of liver cancer,and is often combined with liver and kidney Yin deficiency in the middle and late stages of liver cancer.Therefore,the theory of strengthening spleen and nourishing kidney to inhibit transfer is proposed,hoping to apply and give full play to the advantages of TCM medicine to provide new diagnosis and treatment and research ideas for clinical prevention and treatment of liver cancer metastasis and delay the survival time of liver cancer patients.
