在中医系统论视域下浅析《金匮要略》论治疾病的思路

摘　　要：中医系统论是交叉融汇现代科学与中医学的复合学科,其核心的系统论思想来源于中国传统的、朴素的系统论思维方式。中医系统论的提出为实现中医现代化拓展了新的思路和方法,文章通过将中医系统论基本原理与经典中医学(以经典著作《金匮要略》为例)有机结合,通过中医思维深入分析二者的内在联系,以进一步探讨在中医系统论视域下《金匮要略》论治疾病的思路,认为中医系统论中的几个基本原理如整体性原理、有机性原理、功能性原理、有序性原理、自主性原理等,都可在其中找到相应的原始思想,并在其视域下对《金匮要略》临床论治疾病的思路进行总结概括:以人是一个复杂的整体为前提认识疾病,辨证时侧重于从功能上去认识和解释疾病,正确把握功能的变化;治疗疾病时要考虑到人体中各要素间存在的非特异性、复杂性的相互作用,充分利用人体的有机性进行整体调治,掌握机体生命活动中各种有序性的变化,抓住根本以及时还原其有序性。依靠人体自身机制和规律充分发挥其在疾病防治中的自主调节作用,以期进一步拓宽“经典”中医学的系统论思想维度,为再认识经典中医学现代化研究之路奠定基础,也为推动现代中医系统论更好地指导临床治疗做出贡献。The system theory of TCM is a composite discipline that integrates modern science and TCM,and its core system theory ideas come from the traditional and simple system theory thinking mode in China.The system theory of TCM expands new ideas and methods for the modernization of TCM.In this article,the basic principles of TCM system theory is combined with classicalT TCM books,taking Jingui Yaolue(《金匮要略》)as an example,so as to further explore the therapeutical thoughts in Jingui Yaolue under the perspective of TCM system theory by analyzing the internal relationship between them.It is believed that the original ideas of the basic principles of TCM system theory,such as the integrity principle,the organic principle,the functional principle,the order principle,and the autonomy principle,can be found in these classic works.From the perspective of TCM system theory,the ideas of clinical treatment in Jingui Yaolue is summarized by the author.First,the understanding of disease is based on the premise that human being is a complex whole,and the differentiation focuses on the understanding and interpretation of disease from the function,and the change of function should be grasped correctly.Second,in the treatment of diseases,it is necessary to take into account the non-specific and complex interaction between various elements in the human body,make full use of the organic nature of the human body for overall regulation,grasp the various orderly changes in the life activities of the body,seize the fundation in order to timely restore its order,and fully exert its autonomous regulatory role in the prevention and treatment of diseases by relying on the own mechanism and law of the body.The purposes are to further broaden the thought dimension of system theory of classical TCM,lay a foundation for re-understanding the road of modernization research of classical TCM,and make contributions to the promotion of modern TCM system theory to better guide clinical treatment.
