摘  要:目的:优化参梅养胃颗粒清膏粉的喷雾干燥工艺。方法:采用Box-Behnken中心组合设计原理,设计进风温度、喷雾流量、浸膏密度3因素3水平响应面试验,建立模型并分析最优的工艺参数。结果:所得的回归模型拟合度高,优化后的工艺参数为进风温度195℃,喷雾流量4 Hz,浸膏密度1.09 g/mL。结论:所得参梅养胃颗粒清膏粉喷雾干燥工艺稳定可靠,为开发参梅养胃颗粒无糖制剂奠定了基础。Objective:To optimize the spray drying process of Shenmei Yangwei Granules.Methods:Based on the Box-Behnken center combination design principle,a three-factor three-level response surface test was designed for inlet air temperature,spray flow rate,and extract density.The model was established,and the optimal process parameters were analyzed.Results:The regression model fitted well.The optimized process parameters were air inlet temperature 195℃,spray flow rate 4Hz,and extract density 1.09 g/mL.Conclusion:The spray drying process of Shenmei Yangwei Granules was stable and reliable,which laid a foundation for the development of sugar-free preparations of Shenmei Yangwei Granules.
