中医原气内涵演变探析

摘　　要：笔者认为,在中医古代文献中,中医原气具有先天之气、后天之气和先后天合气的内涵,其中先天原气包括命门之气和肾气,后天原气指脾胃之气,先后天原气指元气。在原气的众多内涵中,以原气为命门先天之气的内涵最为古代医家所常用,而目前中医原气则被元气所取代,主要具有先后天合气的内涵,而原气最初为命门先天之气的内涵逐渐被淡化。The authors hold that in the ancient literature of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM),the original qi of TCM has the connotation of congenital qi,acquired qi and successively natural qi.Among them,the congenital original qi includes the qi of life gate and kidney qi,the acquired original qi refers to the qi of spleen and stomach,and the successively natural original qi refers to yuan qi.Among the many connotations of the original qi,the connotation of taking the original qi as the innate qi of the gate of life is most commonly used by ancient doctors.At present,the original qi of TCM has been replaced by the original qi,which mainly has the connotation of natural qi successively,and the connotation that the original qi was originally the innate qi of the gate of life has been gradually weakened.
