摘  要:多主体协同治理是现阶段提升职业教育适应性、实现高职专业群高质量发展的必然选择。针对当前高职专业群存在的“治理体系不完善或管理机制缺乏”等问题,在调研25个广东省省级高水平专业群的基础上,基于系统权变理论提出了多主体协同治理下的权力分配原则和方法,设计了满足“多元共治”要求的专业群管理机制簇,并给出了具体应用案例。实践证明,基于系统权变理论的高职专业群多主体协同机制能从根本上支撑专业群“多元共治”。The adoption of multi-subject collaborative governance is an inevitable choice for enhancing the adaptability of vocational education and achieving high-quality development of higher vocational major groups.In view of the problems such as“imperfect governance system or lack of management mechanism”existing in the current higher vocational major groups,based on the investigation of 25 provincial high-level major groups in Guangdong province,based on the systematic contingency theory,the principle and method of power distribution under multi-subject collaborative governance are proposed;the management mechanism cluster of major groups meeting the requirements of“multiple co-governance”is designed;and specific application cases are given.Practice has proved that the multi-subject collaborative mechanism of higher vocational major groups based on the systematic contingency theory can fundamentally support the“multiple co-governance”of major groups.
