摘  要:“文明风采”活动是中职教育领域独具特色的德育活动品牌,对促进学生全面发展、推进学校形成“三全育人”新格局具有重要意义。对“文明风采”活动推进中职学校“三全育人”教育生态要素构成进行分析,明晰这一教育生态系统的动力机制、运行机理,明晰保障系统有效运转的内外部条件,是新时代中职学校创新开展“文明风采”活动、深化实施“三全育人”综合改革的关键所在,有助于中职学校以“文明风采”活动为支撑点,推动学校、社会等多方形成合力,实现立德树人。“Civilized style”activity is a unique brand of moral education activities in the field of secondary vocational education,which is of great significance to promote the all-round development of students and promote the formation of a new pattern of“Three All Education”in schools.To analyze the composition of the educational ecological elements of“Three All Education”in secondary vocational schools promoted by the“civilized style”activity,clarifying the power mechanism and operation mechanism of this education ecosystem,as well as the internal and external conditions that guarantee the effective operation of the system,is the key to the innovative development of“civilized style”activities in secondary vocational schools in the new era and the deepening of the comprehensive reform of“Three All Education”,which helps secondary vocational schools to take“civilized style”activities as the support point,and promote the formation of joint forces between schools and society,to achieve moral education.
