摘 要:短视频的兴起为图书馆员展示自我形象提供了新的舞台。文章借助拟剧理论和网络民族志方法,对图书馆员在短视频平台中的自我呈现行为展开分析,以期探究该群体的自我呈现逻辑并为改善该群体的社会形象提供参考性意见。研究发现,图书馆员在短视频平台中主要呈现出忙碌敬业的“打工人”、博学睿智的阅读推广人、耐心热忱的科普人、严谨细致的专业人和热爱生活的文艺人五大类形象。在自我呈现实践中,图书馆员采取了积极理想化演绎、剧班化共谋、后台化展演和符号化表达等叙事策略。总体分析,图书馆员的此种自我呈现具有解构公众刻板印象、满足公众信息需求、拉近与公众的心理距离等积极意义,同时也存在表演痕迹重、范式同质化、社会影响弱等局限。基于此,图书馆员可以从弱化表演痕迹、提升媒介素养、深化后台前移、把握流量密码等维度优化短视频实践,塑造更为良好的媒介形象。The rise of short videos provides a new stage for librarians to present their self-image.The article analyzes librarians'self-presentation behaviors in short video platforms with the help of dramaturgical theory and virtual ethnography,with a view to exploring the self-presentation logic of this group and providing references to improve the social image of this group.It is found that librarians in short video platforms mainly present five types of images:busy and dedicated“workers”,erudite and wise reading promoters,patient and enthusiastic science popularizers,rigorous and meticulous professionals,and life-loving artists.In the practice of self-presentation,librarians have adopted the strategies of positive idealized narrative,dramatized complicity,backstage performance and symbolic expression.The overall analysis shows that librarians'self-presentation has the positive value of deconstructing public's stereotypes,satisfying public's information needs,and narrowing the psychological distance with the public,but at the same time,there are limitations such as heavy traces of performances,homogenization of paradigms,and weak social impact.Based on this,librarians can optimize the practice of short videos from the dimensions of weakening the traces of performance,improving media literacy,deepening the backstage forward,and grasping the attention grabbers,so as to create a better media image.
