摘　　要：《史记》《汉书》《后汉书》《三国志》记载先秦两汉众多人物自立自信自强人格品质。修身自立的先秦两汉人物既有优秀的帝王也有崛起自平民中的优秀分子。修心自信的品质主要表现为“自恃自知,知人善用”“不惧磨难,自知坚毅”。修业自强的品质主要表现为“坚韧不拔,意志坚定”“运筹帷幄,沉着冷静”“折而不挠,终成大业”。发掘和弘扬自立自信自强品质,有助于当代大学生的自我成长,有助于家庭教育不断改进,有助于中华民族伟大复兴。The Records of the Grand Historian,the Book of Han,the Book of Later Han,and the Records of the Three Kingdoms record the self-reliance,self-confidence,and self-improvement personality qualities of many characters in the pre-Qin and Han Dynasties.Cultivation of self-reliance of the pre-Qin and Han characters both excellent emperors and rise from the common people in the outstanding elements.The quality of self-confidence is mainly manifested as"self-reliance and self-knowledge,know people well","not afraid of trials and tribulations,self-knowledge and perseverance".The quality of self-improvement is mainly manifested as"perseverance,firm will","planning,calm and collected","folded,but not to be defeated,and ultimately a great cause".Discovering and promoting the qualities of self-reliance,self-confidence and self-improvement will help contemporary college students'self-growth,the continuous improvement of family education,and the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.
