摘  要:为了加快全球化进程,建设世界级城市群,国家提出了“粤港澳大湾区”的建设发展策略。这一策略的提出对于高职商务英语的人才培养有了新的发展机遇和挑战。高职商务英语人才培养所面临的生源多样化、人才质量分层化、专业定位模糊以及双师资质匮乏等问题亟待解决。加强校政企行合作,构建特色鲜明的人才培养模式和课程体系、合格的商务英语师资队伍建设、牢牢把握商务英语专业的培养目标能切实提升商务英语人才培养质量。In order to speed up the process of globalization and build world-class city clusters,our country has put forward the construction and development strategy of “Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area”.This strategy brings new development opportunities and challenges to the talent training of business English in higher vocational colleges.In view of this opportunity and challenge,the talent training problems of business English major in higher vocational colleges,such as the diversification of students,the stratification of talent quality,the ambiguity of specialty positioning and the lack of dual teachers,all need to be solved urgently.Strengthening the cooperation between schools,government,enterprise and trade associations,building a distinctive talent training mode and curriculum system,cultivating qualified business English teachers,and firmly grasping the training objectives of business English major can effectively improve the quality of business English talent training.
