摘　　要：党的基层组织是党在社会基层组织中的战斗堡垒,是党的全部工作和战斗力的基础。红色故事教育是赓续红色血脉、传承建党精神、强化基层党支部战斗力的重要路径,也是学校贯彻落实习总书记关于传承红色文化重要指示的需要、党员教师自身发展需要、新时代背景下服务学生的需要。基层党支部引导党员教师品悟红色故事、撰写红色故事、讲解红色故事;创新载体,丰富形式;创设环境,形成氛围,从而提升支部党员党性修养,打造坚强的战斗堡垒。The Party's grass-root organizations are the fighting fortress of the Party in the social grass-root organizations and the basis of all the Party's work and combat effectiveness.Red story education is an important way to continue the red blood,inherit the Party building spirit and strengthen the combat effectiveness of grass-root Party branches.It is also the need for the school to implement the important instructions of the general secretary of internship on inheriting the red culture,the need for the self-development of Party teachers,and the need to serve students under the background of the new era.Grassroot Party branches guide Party member teachers to understand red stories,write red stories and explain red stories;innovate the carriers and enrich the forms;create an environment and form an atmosphere,so as to improve the Party spirit cultivation of branch Party members and build a strong battle fortress.
