基于CT影像分析卡培他滨辅助奥沙利铂治疗结肠癌的效果

摘　　要：目的:基于CT影像分析卡培他滨辅助奥沙利铂治疗结肠癌的临床疗效。方法:选择2018年1月—2021年1月我院接受根治性切除术、化疗的所有非转移性结肠癌患者为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分成对照组和实验组,每组31例。对照组给予患者奥沙利铂,实验组给予奥沙利铂联合卡培他滨。与病理结果比较,分析CT诊断价值,并比较两组能谱CT参数及毒副作用。结果:CT结果与病理诊断结果比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,实验组△CT_(40KeV AP)(HU)、IC_(AP)、IC_(VP)、λ_(AP)、NIC_(AP)水平低于对照组(P<0.05);两组白细胞减少、贫血、血小板减少、恶心呕吐、ALT/AST增加、蛋白尿、肌酐增加、血尿和脱发发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:CT多参数定量分析对卡培他滨辅助奥沙利铂治疗结肠癌临床疗效的评价具有一定的临床价值,可以为临床监测肿瘤治疗疗效提供参考指标和价值。Objective:To analyze the clinical efficacy of capecitabine combined with oxaliplatin in the treatment of colon cancer based on CT images.Methods:All patients with non-metastatic colon cancer who underwent radical resection and chemotherapy in our hospital from January 2018 to January 2021 were selected as the research objects.They were divided into control group and experimental group by random number table method,with 31 cases in each group.The control group was given oxaliplatin,and the experimental group was given oxaliplatin combined with capecitabine.Compared with the pathological results,the diagnostic value of CT was analyzed,and the CT parameters and side effects of the two groups were compared.Results:There was no significant difference between CT and pathological diagnosis(P>0.05).After treatment,the levels of△CT_(40KeV AP)(HU),IC_(AP),IC_(VP),λ_(AP) and NIC_(AP) in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of leukopenia,anemia,thrombocytopenia,nausea and vomiting,ALT/AST,proteinuria,creatinine,hematuria and alopecia between the two groups were not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion:Multi-parameter quantitative analysis of CT has certain clinical value in evaluating the clinical efficacy of capecitabine combined with oxaliplatin in the treatment of colon cancer,and can provide reference indexes and values for clinical monitoring of tumor treatment efficacy.
