磨牙根管治疗后行全冠修复的必要性分析

摘　　要：目的探讨磨牙根管治疗后直接充填治疗与全冠修复治疗的牙体保存率差别。方法选取我院口腔科2017年10月至2020年10月62例磨牙根管治疗患者进行效果追踪调查。结果随访2年,全冠修复治疗患者的牙体保存率明显优于直接充填治疗患者,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论磨牙根管治疗后及时进行全冠修复可有效保存患者牙体,延长患牙使用时间,减少患者失牙痛苦,从而更有效地提高患者生活质量,值得推广。Objective:Exploring the difference in tooth preservation rate between direct filling treatment and full crown restoration treatment after root canal treatment of molars.Methods:The study selected 62 patients with root canal treatment of molars in the Department of Stomatology of our hospital from October 2017 to October 2020 for follow-up investigation of the effectiveness.Results:Following up for 2 years,the tooth preservation rate of patients with crown restoration was significantly higher than that of patients with direct filling treatment,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Timely full crown restoration after root canal treatment of molars can effectively preserve the patient’s tooth and prolong the service life of the affected tooth.Reducing the pain of tooth loss in patients and improving their quality of life more effectively is worth promoting on a large scale.
