摘　　要：目的:分析运动-心理-睡眠护理干预结合芳香疗法对肝癌靶向联合免疫治疗伴睡眠障碍患者的影响。方法:选取2022年1月至2023年3月福建医科大学附属肿瘤医院收治的肝癌靶向联合免疫治疗伴睡眠障碍患者80例作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组40例,对照组给予常规护理干预,观察组给予运动-心理-睡眠护理结合芳香疗法干预。采用匹兹堡睡眠质量指数(PSQI)量表比较2组患者干预前后睡眠质量的变化,采用睡眠信念和态度问卷(DBAS)分别评估患者的睡眠信念和态度,采用欧洲癌症研究与治疗组织生命质量核心问卷(EORTC QLQ-C30)对2组患者的症状进行评估,采用自制调查表调查2组患者满意度。结果:干预后,观察组PSQI评分显著低于对照组,观察组DBAS评分、EORTC QLQ-C30评分、护理满意度显著优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论:运动-心理-睡眠护理干预结合芳香疗法用于肝癌靶向联合免疫治疗,能有效改善伴睡眠障碍患者的睡眠质量,提高其生命质量与护理满意度,值得推广应用。Objective:To analyze the impact of exercise psychological sleep nursing intervention combined with aromatherapy on targeted immunotherapy combined with sleep disorders in patients with liver cancer.Methods:Eighty patients with liver cancer treated with targeted immunotherapy combined with sleep disorders at the Affiliated Cancer Hospital of Fujian Medical University from January 2022 to March 2023 were selected as the study subjects.They were randomly divided into an observation group(n=40) and a control group(n=40) using a random number table method.The control group received routine nursing intervention,while the observation group received exercise psychological sleep nursing combined with aromatherapy intervention.The Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI) was used to compare the changes in sleep quality between two groups of patients before and after intervention.The Sleep Belief and Attitude Questionnaire(DBAS) was used to evaluate the sleep beliefs and attitudes of patients,and the European Organization for Research and Treatment of Cancer(EORTC QLQ-C30) was used to evaluate the symptoms of the two groups of patients.A self-made questionnaire was used to investigate the satisfaction of the two groups of patients.Results:After intervention,the PSQI score of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group,while the DBAS score,EORTC QLQ-C30 score,and nursing satisfaction score of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group.The differences between the two groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The combination of exercise psychological sleep nursing intervention and aromatherapy for targeted immunotherapy of liver cancer can effectively improve the sleep quality of patients with sleep disorders,enhance their quality of life and nursing satisfaction,and is worthy of promotion and application.
