摘　　要：目的:分析全面手术室护理对胃肠肿瘤手术患者睡眠质量的影响。方法:选取2021年10月至2022年10月三明市第二医院收治的胃肠肿瘤患者160例作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组80例,对照组给予常规护理干预,观察组给予全面手术室护理干预。采用匹兹堡睡眠质量指数(PSQI)比较2组患者睡眠质量的差异,采用焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)比较2组患者焦虑、抑郁症状改善情况,采用健康调查简表(SF-36)比较2组患者生命质量的改善效果,并比较2组患者护理满意度及并发症发生率。结果:干预后,观察组PSQI评分、SAS评分、SDS评分均显著低于对照组,观察组SF-36评分显著高于对照组,观察组护理满意度显著高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论:全面手术室护理可以降低手术并发症发生率,显著改善患者的焦虑、抑郁状态,提升睡眠质量和生命质量,预后效果更好,具有较好的临床推广性。Objective:To analyze the impact of comprehensive operating room nursing on the sleep quality of patients undergoing gastrointestinal tumor surgery.Methods:A total of 160 patients with gastrointestinal tumors admitted to the Second Hospital of Sanming City from October 2021 to October 2022 were selected as the study subjects.They were randomly divided into an observation group(n=80)and a control group(n=80)using a random number table method.The control group received routine nursing intervention,while the observation group received comprehensive operating room nursing intervention.The Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI)was used to compare the differences in sleep quality between two groups of patients.The Self-rating Anxiety Scale(SAS)and Self-rating Depression Scale(SDS)were used to compare the improvement of anxiety and depression symptoms in the two groups of patients.The MOS 36-item Short-form Health Survey(SF-36)was used to compare the improvement effect of quality of life in the two groups of patients,and the nursing satisfaction and incidence of complications were compared between the two groups of patients.Results:After intervention,the PSQI score,SAS score,and SDS score of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group,and the SF-36 score of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group.The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group,and the differences between the two groups were statistically significant(P s<0.05).Conclusion:Comprehensive operating room nursing can reduce the incidence of surgical complications,significantly improve patient anxiety and depression,enhance sleep quality and quality of life,and have better prognosis.It has good clinical applicability.
