摘 要:《高分子化学》和《高分子化学实验》课程是我校高分子材料智能制造技术专业的专业理论课和配套实验课,目标在于帮助学生理解高分子化学的基本原理,能制定合理的聚合工艺并初步实施。为解决两门课程存在的理论、实操环节衔接不紧密、教学设计无法适应学情、教学方法单一等多个问题,本课程进行项目化教学改革,构建“理论-实操-虚拟仿真”一体化课程,以“认识高分子、加聚反应、缩聚反应和高分子的化学反应”为教学主线,进行课程内容重构和教学设计改革、教学方法改进以及考核方式优化,取得良好的教学效果。Polymer Chemistry and Polymer Chemistry Experiments are both important foundation courses of vocational polymer material intelligent manufacturing technology major.The courses aimed at helping students understand the basic principles of polymer chemistry and set out and implement reasonable polymerization process.In order to solve the existing problems of these two courses,such as separated theory and practice courses,inadaptation of course design to student situation,single teaching method etc,project-based-teaching reform was carried out and“Theory-Real-Virtual”combined curriculum was constructed.With the main teaching line of“introduction to polymer,addition polymerization,condensation polymerization and chemical reaction of polymer”,the reconstruction of curriculum content,the improvement of teaching methods and the optimization of examination methods were conducted.Satisfactory teaching results had been achieved.
