摘  要:以贺斯格乌拉南露天煤矿为例,根据生产及生态修复治理现状,从时间尺度和空间尺度出发,以空间尺度为重点制定露天煤矿全生命周期生态修复治理规划,结合贺斯格乌拉南露天煤矿的生产特点打造了“一环、一心、三园、四区”的生态配置模式,发展为生态农业与休闲旅游于一体的多功能创新型园区。结果表明:全生命周期生态修复治理规划是新时代背景下实现新的生态平衡与可持续发展的重要抓手,是实现矿区经济绿色可持续发展的重要途径。Taking Hesgewula South Open-pit Coal Mine as an example,based on the current production and ecological restoration and governance status,from the perspectives of time scale and spatial scale,with a focus on spatial scale,the article develops a full life cycle ecological restoration and governance plan for open-pit coal mines.Combining the production characteristics of Hesgewula South Open-pit Coal Mine,we create an ecological configuration model of"one ring,one center,three parks,and four zones",develop into a multi-functional and innovative park that integrates ecological agriculture and leisure tourism.The results show that the whole life cycle ecological restoration and governance planning is an important starting point to achieve new balance of nature and sustainable development in the new era,and an important way to achieve green and sustainable development of mining area economy.
