现代建筑产教融合共同体建设路径探析

摘　　要：在建筑行业转型升级的背景下,为培养适应社会需要的应用型人才,职业院校要牵头,行业学会、龙头企业、本科院校共同参与,成立现代建筑产教融合共同体。通过行业下探、本科双探、高职上探的方式,打造稳定良性互助的链接模式,形成产教融合共同体良性成长育人模式,最终达到育人目标。Under the background of the transformation and upgrading of the construction industry,in order to train application-oriented talents to meet the needs of society,vocational colleges should take the lead,and industry associations,leading enterprises,and undergraduate colleges should participate in the establishment of a community for the integration of industry and education in modern construction industry.Through the industry exploration,undergraduate double exploration and higher vocational education exploration,it creates a stable and benign mutual assistance link mode,and forms a sound growth and education mode of the community of industry and education integration,achieving the goal of education.
