以重度贫血为主要临床表现的Ⅳ型食管裂孔疝一例

摘　　要：Ⅳ型食管裂孔疝是食管裂孔疝中最危险的一种类型,通常表现为突然或急骤加重的上腹部疼痛、呕吐和吞咽困难,但当症状不典型时可能导致早期诊治困难。Ⅳ型食管裂孔疝合并重度贫血在临床中较为罕见,本文报道1例以黑便和严重贫血为主要表现的非典型Ⅳ型食管裂孔疝,旨在提高临床医生对Ⅳ型食管裂孔疝非典型临床表现的认识。TypeⅣhiatal hernia with a high risk usually presents sudden or suddenly worsening epigastric pain,vomiting,and dysphagia.It is not conducive to early diagnosis and treatment when symptoms are atypical.TypeⅣhiatal hernia with severe anemia is rare.This article reports an atypical case of typeⅣhiatal hernia with melena and severe anemia as the main manifestations,aiming to improve clinicians’identification of the atypical clinical presentations of typeⅣhiatal hernia.
