摘 要:This paper focuses on trends and strategies for diversity in the global inclusive workplace.Understanding those with different backgrounds within the organization is a key to promote diversity and inclusion.Equal possibilities to collaborate in an organization have been made possible by the expanding trend of globalization.The goal of global diversity is to comprehend the multicultural nature of individuals working in a specific environment.Integrating diversity and inclusion initiatives into the workforce would contribute to obtaining the most qualified candidates during the hiring process.Businesses with a diverse workforce are much more likely to achieve higher success than their competitors in terms of generating money,managing employees,and reaping the rewards of organizational performance.This paper found that mentoring programmes,diversity skills and training,employee resource groups,communication with employees,building diversity friendly workforce policy,and empowering and educating members are strategies associated with managing diversity in the global inclusion.
