摘　　要：目的探讨胃癌根治术患者中应用症状自评导引式分级心理支持的效果。方法以2019年1月至2021年6月收治的80例胃癌根治术患者为研究对象,随机分为2组,每组40例,对照组患者给予常规心理护理,观察组患者则采用症状自评导引式分级心理支持进行干预,比较2组患者的干预效果。结果2组干预后负性情绪评分低于干预前,观察组低于对照组;2组干预后社会支持度评分高于干预前,观察组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。2组干预后一般自我效能感量表(GSES)评分高于干预前,观察组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组Herth希望量表评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。2组干预后护患信任程度得分高于干预前,观察组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组护理满意度评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论胃癌根治术患者中应用症状自评导引式分级心理支持,效果显著,能有效提高患者的自我效能和希望水平。Objective To explore the effect of symptom self-assessment-guided graded psychological support in patients undergoing radical gastrectomy for gastric cancer.Methods A total of 80 patients treated with radical gastrectomy for gastric cancer from January 2019 to June 2021 were recruited.They were randomly divided into the control group and observation group,with 40 cases in each group.Patients in the control group were given routine psychological care,and those in the observation group were intervened with symptom self-assessment-guided graded psychological support.The intervention effects of the two groups were compared.Results The negative emotion score after intervention was significantly lower in the both groups than that before intervention,which was significantly lower in the observation group than that of the control group(P<0.05).The social support score after intervention was significantly higher in the both groups than that before intervention,which was significantly higher in the observation group than that of the control group(P<0.05).The General Self-Efficacy Scale(GSES)score after intervention was significantly higher in the both groups than that before intervention,which was significantly higher in the observation group than that of the control group(P<0.05).The Herth Hope Index(HHI)in the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The score of nurse-patient trust after intervention in the both groups was significantly higher than that before intervention,which was significantly higher in the observation group than that of the control group(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction score in the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of symptom self-assessment-guided graded psychological support in patients undergoing radical gastrectomy for gastric cancer is effective,which can effectively improve the self-efficacy and hope level.
