摘  要:为确保电抗器类低电感负载的雷电冲击耐压试验的有效进行,需要建立精确等值电路模型,从而产生标准的雷电冲击电压波形。分析了负载电感对雷电冲击的电压波形的影响。利用矢量匹配法结合小脑神经网络对电抗器等值电路参数进行了拟合预测,从而建立了考虑不同频段阻抗特性的电抗器模型。利用电磁瞬态计算程序(EMTP)仿真软件产生雷电冲击电压仿真波形,并讨论了仿真波形特征参数的有效性。传统的Marx冲击回路接入电抗器类低电感负载时会导致冲击电压波形波尾时间严重缩短。采用Glaninger冲击发生回路可以减轻受低电感负载影响的程度。利用矢量匹配法结合小脑模型连接控制器(CMAC)网络预测出电抗器电路参数值。由该值仿真得到的冲击阻抗特性曲线与实测曲线较为一致。仿真得到的冲击电压波形特征参数均符合标准规定要求。In order to ensure the effective lightning impact pressure-resistant experiment of reactor type low inductance loads, it is necessary to establish an accurate equivalent circuit model so as to generate a standard lightning impact voltage waveform. The influence of load inductance on the lightning impact voltage waveform is analyzed.The vector matching method combined with cerebellar neural network is used to fit the equivalent circuit parameters of the reactor for prediction, and the reactor model considering different frequency band impedance characteristics is established. The simulated waveforms of lightning impact voltage are generated using electromagnetic transient calculation program(EMTP) simulation software, and the validity of the characteristic parameters of the simulated waveforms is discussed. The traditional Marx shock circuit can lead to a serious shortening of the tail time of the shock voltage waveform when accessing the reactor type low inductance loads. The Glaninger shock generating circuit can reduce the influence of the low inductance loads.Using the vector matching method in combination with the cerebellum model articulation controller(CMAC) network prediction to give the reactor circuit parameter values.The shock impedance characteristic curves obtained by this values are more consistent with the measured curves.The characteristic parameters of the impact voltage waveform obtained from simulation are in line with the requirements of the standard.
