视神经立体照相机在高度近视合并原发性开角型青光眼诊断中的应用价值

摘　　要：目的:探讨视神经立体照相机在高度近视(HM)合并原发性开角型青光眼(POAG)诊断中的应用价值。方法:选取2022年1月—2023年3月于惠州市中心人民医院博罗分院就诊的HM患者80例作为研究对象,按照是否合并POAG分为试验组(合并POAG组)、对照组(单纯HM组)。均采用视神经立体照相机检查,比较两组患者视神经乳头形态指标、眼压及平均视野缺损(MD值)。结果:试验组杯盘垂直径比值(L)、杯盘横径比值(T)高于对照组,盘沿/视盘面积比值、T/L值低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组患者眼压高于对照组,MD值低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:视神经立体照相机能够对HM合并POAG患者进行快速、便捷且准确的筛查,做好疾病的早期诊断、治疗及预防。Objective:To investigate the value of optic nerve stereo camera in the diagnosis of high myopia(HM)combined with primary open angle glaucoma(POAG).Methods:80 patients with HM attending Boro Branch of Huizhou Central People's Hospital from January 2022 to March 2023 were selected as the study subjects,and were divided into the experimental group(combined PO⁃AG group)and the control group(pure HM group)according to absence of POAG.With aid of an optic stereo camera the morpho⁃logic indexes of the optic nerve papilla,intraocular pressure,and mean visual field defect(MD)were assessed in two groups and then compared between the two groups.Results:The values of optic cup-to-disc vertical diameter ratio(L)and cup-to-disc trans⁃verse diameter ratio(T)in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group,and the values of disc rim/optic disc area ratio and T/L were lower than those in the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05);the patients in the experimental group had higher intraocular pressure(IOP)than those in the control group,and the MD values were lower than those in the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion:Optic stereoscopic camera is able to provide fast,convenient and accurate screening for patients with HM combined with POAG,and do a good job in early diagnosis,treatment and prevention of the disease.
