玫瑰糠疹患者外周血IL-36和IL-38的表达水平与病情严重程度的相关性研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨外周血中白细胞介素-36(IL-36)、白细胞介素-38(IL-38)的表达水平与玫瑰糠疹严重程度的相关性。方法:选取2020年7月—2021年12月于广西医科大学第二附属医院门诊就诊的玫瑰糠疹患者80例为观察对象。使用玫瑰糠疹严重程度评分(PRSS)评估患者病情的严重程度,采用酶联免疫吸附法检测患者外周血中IL-36、IL-38的表达水平,根据玫瑰糠疹患者的PRSS总分范围,将患者根据病情严重程度分为轻度组、中度组、重度组,比较三组IL-36、IL-38表达水平,分析IL-36、IL-38水平与病情严重程度的相关性。结果:重度组、中度组IL-36水平高于轻度组,重度组高于中度组;重度组、中度组IL-38水平均低于轻度组,且重度组低于中度组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);玫瑰糠疹患者IL-36表达水平与病情严重程度呈正相关(r=0.740,P<0.05),IL-38的表达水平与病情严重程度呈负相关(r=-0.660,P<0.05)。结论:玫瑰糠疹患者外周血IL-36、IL-38的表达水平与病情严重程度具有相关性,提示二者表达失衡可能在玫瑰糠疹的发病中起一定作用。Objective:To investigate the correlation between the expression levels of interleukin-36(IL-36)and interleukin-38(IL-38)in peripheral blood and the severity of pityriasis rosea.Methods:A total of eighty patients with pityriasis rosea who were treated in the department of outpatient of the Second Affiliated Hospital of Guangxi Medical University from July 2020 to Decem-ber 2021 were selected as the observation objects.Pityriasis rosea severity score(PRSS)was used to evaluate the severity of the pa-tients'disease,and the expression levels of IL-36 and IL-38 in peripheral blood were detected by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay.According to the PRSS total score range of pityriasis rosea patients,the patients were divided into mild group,moderate group and severe group according to the severity of the disease.The expression levels of IL-36 and IL-38 in the three groups were compared to analyze the correlation between the levels of IL-36 and IL-38 and the severity of the disease.Results:The level of IL-36 in severe group and moderate group was higher than that in mild group,and the level in severe group was higher than that in moderate group;The level of IL-38 in severe group and moderate group was lower than that in mild group,and severe group was lower than that in moderate group,with statistical significance(P<0.05);The expression level of IL-36 was positively correlated with the severity of pityriasis rosea(r=0.740,P<0.05),and the expression level of IL-38 was negatively correlated with the severi-ty of pityriasis rosea(r=-0.660,P<0.05).Conclusion:The expression levels of IL-36 and IL-38 in peripheral blood of patients with pityriasis rosea were correlated with the severity of the disease,suggesting that the imbalance of the two expressions may play a role in the pathogenesis of pityriasis rosea.
