摘 要:随着肿瘤的发病率不断增高,恶性肿瘤发病人数剧增,患者机体多处于血液高凝状态,可增加血栓形成风险。肿瘤相关血栓(CAT)形成机制与肿瘤本身的因素相关,还与肿瘤的治疗有一定关系。近年来,研究显示中性粒细胞外诱捕网(NETs)在静脉血栓形成中发挥重要作用,NETs不被阿替普酶降解,还可抵抗阿替普酶对血栓诱导溶解的作用。文章主要对CAT的形成机制及与NETs关系的研究进展作一综述。With the increasing incidence of cancer,the number of malignant tumors increases sharply,and the body of patients is mostly in a state of hypercoagulability of blood,which can increase the risk of thrombosis.The formation mechanism of tumor-as-sociated thrombosis(CAT)is related to the factors of the tumor itself,and also to the treatment of the tumor.In recent years,stud-ies have shown that neutrophil extrinsic trapping net(NETs)play an important role in the formation of venous thrombosis.Nets are not degraded by Alteplase and can resist the effect of alteplase on thrombecolysis.Based on this,this article mainly reviewed the formation mechanism of CAT and the research progress of its relationship with NETs.
