摘  要:“十四五”是全面推动我国经济高质量发展的关键时期,社会经济高质量发展对各行各业岗位职业能力提出了更高层面的要求。高校肩负着培养高素质职业人才的国家使命,新时代高素质职业人才需具备职业一般能力、职业专业能力、职业综合能力,实践教学是高校生职业能力培养的关键环节。廊坊师范学院财务管理专业是学院重点建设专业,其以培养高素质职业能力为目标,实践教学从专业通识课平行实践教学、跨专业“3A”实践教学、“三结合”一体化实践教学三个路径进行构建与实施,获得了较好效果和好评。通过学院财管专业实践教学路径和实施效果的研究,能够为同类院校职业能力人才培养及实践教学改革提供参考。The 14th Five-Year Plan is a crucial period for comprehensively promoting high-quality economic development in China.High quality development of social economy has put forward higher requirements on the professional ability of all walks of life.Colleges and universities shoulder the national mission of cultivating high-quality professional talents.High-quality professional talents in the new era need to have general ability,professional ability and comprehensive professional ability.Practical teaching is the key link of vocational ability training for college students.Financial Management is a key construction major of Langfang Normal University.To develop highquality professional ability as the goal,practice teaching is constructed and implemented from the three paths of parallel practice teaching of specialty general courses,cross-specialty"3A"practice teaching,and"three-combination"integrated practice teaching.It has obtained good effect and favorable comment.Through the research on the practical teaching path and implementation effect of financial management major in the college,It can provide reference for the training of vocational ability talents and practical teaching reform in similar colleges and universities.
